Heavy construction dust, adhesive residue, paint overspray, and drywall dust in HVAC returns. Two prior cleanup vendors had failed the final walk. Tribute was the recovery vendor.
Change Three-pass protocol: (1) Debris sweep — construction trash and coarse dust. (2) Detail clean — window paint overspray removal, switch plate cleaning, baseboard wiping, HVAC vent covers removed and cleaned. (3) Final polish — neutral cleaner floor mop, HEPA-filter vacuum, photo documentation. Products selected to be paint-compatible — no solvents that affect cured paint film.
