Pricing
Post-construction pricing is driven by project size, phase count, surface conditions, and any specialty requirements (medical-grade, window overspray removal, HVAC vent detail). No flat-rate packages — the quote reflects the actual scope.
Our recurring commercial cleaning tiers are published on the pricing page — post-construction is typically priced at 2–4× the equivalent recurring rate for the same square footage, depending on phase and condition. Request a quote for a flat project price.
