Post-Construction Cleanup Colorado — Denver · Colorado Springs · Front Range

Post-construction cleanup that's safe for the people moving in next.

Every other Colorado cleanup contractor uses industrial solvents and harsh disinfectants that off-gas for weeks. We use eco-certified products — drywall dust is gone, VOCs aren't introduced, and occupants can move in the same day we finish.

The differentiator

Why eco-safe products matter more in post-construction than anywhere else

Most cleanup crews are gone before occupants arrive. But VOCs from industrial cleaners, sealant residue activators, and ammonia-based glass cleaners linger in a newly enclosed, freshly painted space — sometimes for weeks. When your tenants move in the next morning, they're breathing it.

Drywall Dust Gone. No Residue Left Behind.
Fine drywall and plaster dust settles into HVAC vents, on window sills, and in every corner. Our process captures it — vacuumed, damp-wiped, then surface-treated — without pushing it airborne again with chemical spray pressure.
No VOC Off-Gassing From Our Products
Paint, caulk, and sealant already off-gas during turnover. Adding harsh chemical cleaners compounds that. Our plant-derived formulas are VOC-free — we don't add to the air quality problem that construction already creates in a newly sealed building.
Same-Day Occupancy Safe
When the GC hands keys to the PM and the PM hands them to a medical tenant or retailer the next morning, our clean doesn't stand in the way. No chemical smell, no wet-floor warnings past the drying window, no residue on touch surfaces.

Scope of work

What's covered — rough clean through post-final touch-up

Post-construction cleaning has three phases. We handle all three or any combination, scoped to your project timeline and punch-list requirements.

  • Rough clean — debris pickup, construction material removal, bulk dust sweep, surface prep before trades finish
  • Final clean — all surfaces wiped, floors cleaned, windows cleaned inside and out, bathrooms detailed, kitchen/break rooms disinfected
  • Post-final touch-up — after punch-list work re-introduces dust, a focused touch-up pass before occupant move-in
  • Window & glass — construction sticker removal, paint/caulk overspray, streak-free finish on all glass surfaces
  • HVAC vent & duct surface dust — register covers removed and cleaned, vent openings vacuumed to prevent dust recirculation at first HVAC startup
  • Floor protection removal — tape, rosin paper, cardboard, and protective film peeled and disposed of; floor surface cleaned underneath
  • Fixture polish — door hardware, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, cabinet pulls — smudge and construction residue removed
  • Debris haul-out coordination — small construction debris bagged and hauled; larger dumpster coordination handled on request

Project types we serve

  • New commercial build-out — office suites, Class A & B buildings
  • Tenant improvement (TI) work — mid-project and final clean
  • Residential remodel — kitchen, bath, whole-home renovation
  • Retail renovation — storefront gut, buildout for new tenant
  • Medical office build-out — requires zero chemical residue, air quality-safe process

How it works

Walkthrough to punch-list sign-off — four steps

Simple process. No surprises on scope or price. No day-of crew swap.

1
Site Walkthrough
We walk the project with the GC or PM. Assess phase, square footage, surface conditions, special requirements (medical grade, existing flooring protection, window overspray level).
2
Scoped Quote
Flat project price, not an hourly estimate. You know the number before we start. Scope includes exactly what phases and areas are covered — no "that wasn't included" at sign-off.
3
Scheduled Crew
Same crew for every phase. After-hours and weekend scheduling available. Lockbox and keyed entry handled — no need for a GC representative on site during the clean.
4
Punch-List Sign-Off
We walk the completed clean with you. Anything on the punch list gets addressed before we leave. TributeOS logs the completion — timestamped record for your project file.

Built for GCs and PMs

What contractors and property managers actually need from a cleanup crew

Most cleanup vendors create more administrative work than they save. We've built the operational side to match how GCs and PMs actually run projects.

Insurance certs & COI on file

Certificate of Insurance available on request. W-9 on file. We've sent COI to building owners, general contractors, and property managers hundreds of times — it's not an obstacle for us.

Single point of contact

You call or text one person. That person knows your project. No call center, no "let me check with the crew" — your contact can make scheduling decisions on the spot.

After-hours & weekend work

Construction timelines don't respect business hours. We schedule early morning, late night, Saturday, and Sunday cleans to match your project milestones and occupant move-in date.

Lockbox & keyed entry

We can handle access via lockbox code, keyed entry, or building management coordination. You don't need to post a supervisor for us to execute the clean — we're accountable for the site.

2025 Pricing Guide

Pricing

Post-construction cleanup is quoted per project

Post-construction pricing is driven by project size, phase count, surface conditions, and any specialty requirements (medical-grade, window overspray removal, HVAC vent detail). No flat-rate packages — the quote reflects the actual scope.

See published recurring rates for context, then request a project quote

Our recurring commercial cleaning tiers are published on the pricing page — post-construction is typically priced at 2–4× the equivalent recurring rate for the same square footage, depending on phase and condition. Request a quote for a flat project price.
